Hey boss great advice I’m a former personal trainer *still certified with the Canadian National fitness association(me and Trish Stratus went threw the same class)* and I think too many people just see something and try it without knowing the form. I found something funny 4:40 guy in the back right is trying to get his 15 seconds of fame with 4 and half HORRIBLE lat machine pull downs. You should teach him form lol
Thanks for the tips. It’s so refreshing to see someone with correct form and using the weights that are best for them. I’ve been doing weight training for 2 years. A friend of mine has been doing it for 4 years. The thing is, because i’ve been using correct form and knowing my limitations, and he’s just been trying to prove he can lift the heaviest weight, people have noticed the physical change in me more than him.
Please continue to do these vids. This was great!
interesting how films like this bring back trainingmotivation, thanks for that. it would be nice to see some back and abdomen workouts too. and yes, im going to hate myself tomorrow after bicep tricep workout ok now, take care and thanks again.
I used to be a Physical Training Instructor in the British Army and you are absolutely correct mate. We used to see so many people in the gym throwing weights around purely on the momentum of their body as they swing and rock. Unfortunately due to a spinal injury I sustained whilst on operation tour in another country, I am now out of the Army and unable to do anything. So amazing to see you showing people how to do it right and I am so jealous watching you mate as I loved going to the gym.
i dont worry about form i worry about being hardcore.
@kentbrockton Side Note you were Awesome at Bound for Glory. Best Super kick in the business

I spend $87 for month in gym with a trainer and I found your video almost the same you have to use the tight technique before exercising.
I suggest to you Mr.Manna in to put all your fitness videos in another channel.

Thank you Mr. Manna for showing me the proper way to do curls. For the longest time, I’ve been doing it the wrong way. So thanks for that.
