Dear Virginia Ann, I appreciate this video- so much- and the time and effort it took to make. I have been in a blurry place for a few days since having a kidney stone procedure last week- on and off the pain meds– and not able to really get enough energy expelled from walking has brought me low– I kind of feel like disappearing some days actually! after tomorrow- Tuesday when I have the stent removed I am hoping for a new start! ( had this since May) so lets get walking girl-
