I sleep well after I work out, too. I totally agree 100% – this whole journey is about doing what you can do, pushing yourself enough but not too much. I am just now starting to understand that. I’ve lost weight quickly in the past, then gained every single pound back. this time, slow and steadyyyy.
Thanks for the update, on Jess’s Sunday video(8-1), she asked our team(only) to concentrate on one thing that we want to accomplish this week .Drinking more water is a good mini goal for this week.. This will be a challenge for alot of us, I think you are doing great planning ahead with your daughter and with school starting soon,its hard to balance busy life, but its possible. Glad your on our team, have fun and getting regular activity in will for sure show results.

I was confused as well, i’m still confused hahah because some people’s say week one and others say week 0 as in it doesn’t start until the 8th..but whatever I started anyway this past week aha.
I agree, progress not perfection. Getting water in is hard. I’m a diet coke addict. Good job on the progress to get it in. I think if we just focus on TRYING and not giving up even if were not always perfect than we will actually keep going and not quit.
Very true Amber..it’s not about perfection..It’s about making the effort and doing the best you can do…and one day these changes will become easier and more routine..I was also confused and I feel so lost about what video to make=/…I need to get it together=)…Keep up the great work!

You’re exactly right, at least you’re trying to get that water in. I know it’s not easy. I really don’t drink that much throughout the day, so trying to chug 64 oz. every day is a challenge. You can do it. Keep a bottle of water with you all the time, even if you sip it in between the diet drinks that’s an improvement. Good luck Amber!
yep the challenge starts aug 8th.. but he said we can start a week before if we want too.. Jess wanted us to post a vid by Thursday with a goal we want to achieve this week.. i guess im right but thats what I know lol goodluck on your goals!!
