what’s the best way to lose a belly and lose weight fast? (if you’re willing to give 5-6 hours a day) is it circuits?intervals?will you lose weight faster if you do 2 hours of intervals?

Or you could just count to three. For those of you confused on how long three seconds is… Try doing this. Extend either hand in front of you, then slap yourself directly in the face. When the pain subsides, it’s safe to say approximately three seconds have passed. I suggest repeating this action before every set that requires counting. Alternatively, you can use a mallet to crotch exercise, which should eliminate any threat of you breeding.

planks are freakin hard i do normal planks all the time and that was just crazy to the tox
Planks are a bitch. Very good demo here. For those that want to improve their BJJ game as well? do multi-sets of these every other day in addition to your roll sessions and other normal drills you do. It’ll easily add explosion in your position game.
45 min a day on abs is a waste of time, if you are an mma fighter you have better things to do.
@senek8078 All these exercises woman can do. Just adjust the weight so that you can complete the reps/time.
Any for women? I’m training for mma fighting as well.
@Longo8718 Both exercises are core focused. Try varying your hold time and squeezing your core through out the exercises to feel it more.
its a great video but i have a question… the first two exercises (both planks) are you suppose to feel it in your stomach muscles because im not and i am doing exactly the way you showed it??

@acedogg692005 Man who you telling! My Quads are looking a lot better, my calves are my weakness. No matter what I do I just can’t get them any bigger. I am working on it.
