How many times a week do you do this for results?
@galirezan1 hi as a personal trainer do you have any advice on how am i going to loose my inner thigh fat and my flabby arm i tried working out 3 times a week but see no result am i doing something wrong i eat healthy and drink protein shake after my workout should i exercise more like do exercise in the morning and at night time?
UR a bit fat girl … need to do some cardio!
Is there another arm routine that doesn’t involve any dumbbells? This is awesome, but I don’t really want to go out and buy some dumb bells.

Hi Sarah,
Just a couple of quick questions that I was wondering if you could answer for me.
I’m trying desperately to lose weight, but i hate running! And it seems that a lot of workout videos concentrate on running as a warm up (plus I really want to tone my legs!) Any ideas to tone my legs without running? Also, I broke my wrist a while back so it is quite weak, are there alternatives to the triceps dips or other arm toning exercises?

This is good! I was wondering how to lean my triceps, my biceps are pretty good. But these are a couple more ideas, so thanks!
If you are a beginner and you have never worked out before, you should not start with this program. she is not a personal trainer and she skips over majority of the injury prevention tips. Some of the things she suggests in this video (and other videos) are very dangerous to beginners. As an experienced personal trainer, I suggest you never take workout advice from anybody but a certified fitness trainer if you do not wish to get hurt.

I WISH I HAD THAT, im pretty active and athletic so my claves are really muscular and i feel like i have thunder thighs…i’ve heard running longer at a slower pace helps slim down the calves? and pilates helps the thighs? since you’re an expert i was wondering how you would go about my predicament?! @SarahsFabChannel Women DO get bulky! Just look at the women who the P90X or Insanity workout DVDs. >>;;; Not saying for this or your workouts just that they do get bulky when they overdo it I guess!
