i love the full lenght videos, also i want to know if you find a workout that will pull the body weight off. I am gaining alot of wieght that i should not be. i have worked very hard but my weight is just not coming off. i would love it you can find a workout that might work the body a little harder.

This works! I do it at night alone with a few other exercises like lunges and low impact strength training. Also in order to see a change diet is very important. I also incorporate 30min of cardio 5x a week.
